55 SOUTH – SPRINGHILL
Highway 55 connects the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico. Some of the best Southern country food can be found along the “South” stretch, from Memphis to New Orleans. The Menu at 55 South showcases head chef Jason McConnell’s take on the down-home, southern comfort food he’s enjoyed his whole life.
A staple eatery in downtown Franklin, TN is now expanded into other markets in Nashville, Brentwood, Spring Hill, and Nolensville. The interiors of the space evoke the southern roots of this restaurant through warm rich tones, rusted feature lighting, feature bar, and decor which tells the story of Highway 55.
