The growing popularity of East Nashville has created an unprecedented growth of new development in the area and this property sits right in the heart of East Nashville. Working with the new owner, and partnering with Strada based out of Pittsburgh PA, we were tasked with creating a new family and food hall destination for this 1.36 acre site.

Hunters Station transforms a nostalgic East Nashville auto repair shop and annex building into Nashville’s first “Foodie Campus” and entertainment destination. Six different food concepts, a chef driven co-working space, culinary incubator, and a commissary kitchen with food truck capacity is seamlessly merged with highly social indoor and outdoor food halls, dining porches, gaming activities, and bike courts to create an exciting and ever-changing customer experience. This project anchors the terminus of Nashville’s Main Street corridor, but also establishes a new standard for food based development projects.
